Problems with ipv6 and ipv4.

Hello!

I decided to create an irc server for me and some buddies, you know
pro privately. Well, I have a problem, one of my buddies doesn't have
ipv6 address, how can I give him access to the server?

I note that on the server side it is currently impossible to introduce
ipv4 due to a problem with the network operator, read: ipv4 works, but
I cannot forward ports or anything, I can only do it on ipv6 and
anyway I would prefer to use ipv6 rather than ipv4. But how do you
give access to this one friend?

[6to4](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/6to4) is designed to allow for
just this kind of scenario, but it isn't as widely supported as was
intended (story of IPv6 in general!) - your friend might have some
luck there.
