Hi - if you're able to get an eggdrop bot online (plenty of help
forums etc available), then you could use a tcl script to do it.

Something like below as an example of somewhere to start: when someone
in the channel types !talk the bot will output whatever you enter in
the putserv line

bind pub - !talk pub:talk

proc pub:talk { nick uhost handle channel arg } {

putserv "PRIVMSG $channel :put-watever-you-want-to-respond-with-here"

return

}

===

You'd have to add a bit more to it if you want to narrow it down to
specific users/nicks.
