Can I register multiple nicks with one email address?
If no,is it possible to change a nick or delete it?

Yes to everything- if you look at freenode's NickServ, it'a got a help
command that will tell you how to register multiple nicks, delete a
nick, etc. Basically, the commands you care about will be register,
release, group, and ungroup, but go ahead and `/query NickServ help`
and check it out for yourself.
