Just a short article I wrote on using `netcat` as an IRC client, which
I started working on a few days back while incidentally
troubleshooting `kirc`. There are many bots and example shell scripts
out there, but few that allow you to manipulate both the input and
output stream. I feel that this enhances and further simplifies the
work that many others have done already.

Enjoy!
