Where to find DCC FServe Implementation?

Im looking for an implementation of DCC Server that had the FServe
functionality so I may study and document how it works.

I know MiRC has this functionality but I can’t find the source code to
the client so I assume its closed source. irsii has DCC Server
functionality but not FServe.

Any help would be greatly appreciated !

I did actually, I was initially confused as to whether or not a DCC
CHAT connection was made but some testing quickly solved that.
