If the file numbers are sequential you can use a hyphen (1-10), or you
can seperate them using commas (1,2,5,7,10)

So then your original question should have been more like "How do I
download from XDCC" and not just asking specifically about batch
downloading.

You have to search for the packlists.  You can do this internal in the
IRC channel or using an external XDCC database/packlist website.

/msg [botname] XDCC SEND LIST -- Sends you the bot's packlist as a
text file, via DCC.

Typically if a IRC channel has an XDCC bot present in that channel you
can also use !find/@find "Game of Thrones S01E01 1080p" or whatever
the naming convention is to find all files with that name.

And then there are the external XDCC search sites.  These types of
sites are typically not very reliable and don't
collect/scrape/inventory all the available networks/channels/bots.
Thus the results they give are not all inclusive.  Some examples to
get you started.  Search the Goog for more.

Some channels use those shortcuts
