Is there a way to import server listings into Konversation? reddit / irc ---------------------------------------------------------------------- heynow941 · 2020-09-10 23:05 Konversation is an IRC app that comes installed on Manjaro KDE. Unfortunately it only has freenode. I’d like to just upload a bunch of servers/networks instead of typing them in manually. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- nawcom · 2020-09-11 03:18 Here's a perl script you can use to import mIRC's default server list into your konversationrc file, which is either in the \~/.config or \~/.kde/share/config directory. It looks like it's [posted publicly on the mIRC website](https://www.mirc.com/servers.ini): [https://userbase.kde.org/Konversation/Scripts/Import\_mIRC\_server\_l ist](https://userbase.kde.org/Konversation/Scripts/Import_mIRC_server_ list) It requires some perl dependencies installed as mentioned on the page. If you don't want to do all that, I uploaded a plain konversationrc file with the imported servers and nothing else configured. Feel free to replace your konversationrc contents with it and reconfigure everything else.
