Best client for Mac

I'm tryna set up my buddie with IRC and I figure it's time to get him
a proper client that stores logs and has more options so get him off
KiwiIRC. He uses mac unfortunately. What is the best client for mac?
It doesn't seem like Hexchat is supported on that os. Is that true? Or
how do I install it on there if it isn't?

He's a newb so probably no command line clients like weechat or irssi.

Use [Weechat](https://weechat.org/), it can seem daunting to setup and

I used Limechat when I was on a mac and now that I'm on Manjaro I wish
there was something similar.
