Trouble connecting to inspIRCd hosted on an azure container

Hi, I've been trying to set up the inspIRCd [docker
image](https://github.com/inspircd/inspircd-docker), but I can't
connect to it. I've tried both kiwi and my self made irc client. Kiwi
got me ip banned (too many attempts at connecting, even if I just
pressed connect once). But my own client gives an Exception "Unable to
write data to the transport connection: An established connection was
aborted by the software in your host machine" if I am not banned,
otherwise it gives me an actual server message telling me I am banned
(Z-lined). My own client can connect to localhost on inspIRCd when it
runs locally on my Windows.


**TL;DR:** docker inspIRCd image on azure container aborts connection
attempts.

Is there a setting I've forgotten/mistyped?
Is there a better/alternate way to host rather than using an azure
container?

Check your log file. It'll probably say why you can't connect.

Thank you for your time. Unfortunately I didn't have access to the log
files, and I've been assigned a different task now.
