Some tutorial to create private chat rooms in IRC?

Hello guys.

I am looking for a web client to create a private channel in IRC. I
want to make it easy. The idea would be, for the guests, to enter the
channel's name, the password for the channel and just that, they are
in.

In my case I would be the op. I don't want that if I leave the
channel, this closes or whatever. I am sorry, my experience with IRC
is not that high as you can see.

Do you know any good webclient and tutorial/instructions to do this?

PS: I don't know if it's possible, but if the client would allow to
comment with gifs and images to the chat would be awesome!

Every network is different. EFnet has no channel registration. Check
the policies /tutorials on channel registration for the various
networks (freenode, gamesurge, snoonet, etc)

Most networks allow for password protected and secret channel modes
(e.g. +k and +s, respectively), though you'd have to check with the
network in question. That could be done with just about any client,
including kiwi and mibbit.

IRC was never about posting images or gifs. You're looking for a
particular client that would interrupt the experience for anyone not
using that particular client.

Sure you can password protect channels and configure a web client to
auto join all of that, but you're probably looking at some custom work
if you want to cut out all the extra features.

Have you considered discord? You server can have a single channel,
maybe one password/role protected, and one not for landing space.
Discord also has a web client and supports images, gifs, and all sorts
of other things out of the box
