Is there a way to have URLs automatically be highlighted without
getting pinged/notified when they are posted in HexChat?
reddit / irc

It's really as simple as the topic text. I want URLs to stick out but
I don't want to get notified every time one is sent in the IRC chat
I'm in. By default when hovering over them it the URL in underlined. I
can change text colors but not for individual strings. I can make
certain words or strings get highlighted but that results in me being
notified which normally means someone mentioned my nick and it would
highlight the entire message, not just the URL.
