I don't like MIRC, so I created a searchbot client that I can use with
Hexchat. It lets me filter the downloaded results files, as well as
auto refreshing every 30 seconds to accomodate new or removed results
files. I might add on to this if anybody actually uses it to do things
like managing results files, maybe even managing some stuff around
ebook downloads, etc. I don't know python/ C/LUA, so I didn't build it
as a hexchat plugin- just a standalone application that sits in the
background.
