[HEXCHAT] Uninstall

I've recently uninstalled hexchat, but when I started up my PC it
seemed that the uninstaller had started up again for whatever reason.
Any clue?

EDIT: I may have solved it. There were some left over files so I've
removed those. Only seemed to happen when I uninstalled a program
though and since has stopped
