Is it possible to get notified when a bot has a new file?
reddit / irc

I'm using #nibl @ irc.rizon.net. When they have a new episode for an
anime that's airing, it will usually says so in the chat. Is it
possible to be notified when that happens? I'm not too familiar with
how XDCC works.

Can you define notified? It sounds like the message in the chat is
insufficient, so what would you prefer?

plenty of alert on text scripts available, find one for your client,
tell it to pipe to sendmail.
