Will This Program Allow Me To Get Mixer Chat On An IRC App?

Hi Reddit,

I'm totally blind and trying to figure out a way to get Mixer's chat
to automatically read messages while using a screen reader. I stream
on Twitch, and Twitch's chat works well, but if I ever want to try
streaming on Mixer again, it would be useful to have the chat messages
read automatically.

I found this and am wondering if I can use it to send the Mixer chat
messages to an IRC app on my phone:

I'm not familiar with this particular project but if it works as
described you should be able to relay messages between mixer and an
IRC channel. You could then connect your IRC app to the
channel/network you set in the configuration file.

Looks like it'll do what you want, but I can imagine it being a pain
to setup blindly.
