Can't connect to #ffmpeg on freenode

Hi,

it appears I cannot send messages on #ffmpeg on Freenode. I am
connected in a buffer with weechat, see messages, but when I try to
write something I receive: #ffmpeg: Cannot send to nick/channel

I can write successfully in other Freenode channels.

Any idea why? Thank you.

The channel either had +m set, or you got put on the quiet list. Only
the channel ops know for sure, and they probably won't waste any time
explaining what happened.

This is a "quiet"/mute ban that prevents messages from unregistered
users. If you log into NickServ you should be good.
