I can't get Atheme to work

I've set up a server with inspIRCd and now I'm trying to setup
services with Atheme. I get this error when running the atheme-
services start script:

Can you pastebin your Atheme and InspIRCd configs, without the
passwords?

What version of Atheme?

"latest stable Atheme" means nothing to me. What is the exact version?

Are services and the IRCd on the same server?

Can we chat on the network? Would be a bit faster than this.
