I spent what feels like my entire childhood on the Webmaster/Webchat
server, encountered countless people and made hundreds of friends
along the way.

As time passed by and technology evolved, all that digital nostalgia
kind of got lost in momentum.

I have often thought about creating an online forum/reunion to
rekindle past relationships I had made as a child, but could never
find any references in my search results.

Thank you for the opportunity here on Reddit.

My username was Dahh - I frequented numerous channels (such as
#kidchat, #webchat... etc) on the
[Irc.Webchat.Org](https://Irc.Webchat.Org) Server.

I loved to develop scripts and became quite the nuisance with early
DDoS attacks or 'Floods' back in the day.

Honestly, I would love it if I could reconnect with a handful of users
from my past and share memories of our digital childhoods.

Rarely went to WebChat but knew an oper from there.  ConferenceRoom
was a weird ircd.

cant say my username but I was a Webchat user for long time too since
2001. But I was hated due to being abusive to the network. I love to
play revenge kick.

Crazy. I grew up on Webmaster/Webchat ('99-'03). Ended up in a reddit
rabbit hole and found out Mark passed and it's all gone now.
