Hexchat Sounds Question

I was hoping to make two different sounds for two different cases. One
in which a keyword I've put in highlights a message, and the other
when I'm mentioned in a message. Is there a way to differentiate these
two in Hexchat? It seems that they are both grouped together as a
generic highlighted message.
