HELP! reddit / irc ---------------------------------------------------------------------- [deleted] · 2019-07-22 11:26 [deleted] ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Dijit · 2019-07-22 11:29 freenode is very active. But the point of IRC isn't to be glued to your screen, it's a chat system so you can pay attention to it, or not, at your own leisure. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- doaks-ltm · 2019-07-22 11:44 irchighway and rizon are both pretty cool, just depends on the room/community you stumble into. timezones are also a factor for sure, waiting around for a day or so to see if anyone responds is good. best of luck finding a community! :) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- baudwalk · 2019-07-22 23:17 There are numerous channels on freenode, efnet and other irc servers. Try a /list command to find the channels and then do a "/join " to get to those of interest to you. Perhaps http://www.ircbeginner.com/ircinfo/ircc-commands.html may help.
