What's the best way to automatically download files via XDCC?

I can't find an automatic way to retrieve the correct package number
and then send the message to a XDCC.

At the moment I manually search in a website the file name + date,
then I copy the package number in the IRC client and I write the
command by myself. Then I have to accept the file to start the
download.

Is there a script or other way to do this automatically (including the
retrieval of the correct package number)?

You really should not use automatic downloads. Literally anyone could
send you anything and your client would just download it and I don't
think cops would consider "someone else put this child porn on my
computer" to be a good excuse.

I know, but couldn't a script only allow it before sending the message
and denying it once it has done?

Why not?  I would think that intent would be important.  Then again,
the whole world has gone stupid, so what do I know?
