Debian 9 AMI IRC Server with IRC Bouncer

Uses ircd-hybrid and ZNC. I know, it's missing Anope - it's a bare
minimum configuration with self-signed certificates. More of a proof
of concept than anything production-worthy.

Seeking suggestions for mobile clients. I saw in another post that
AndChat is off Google Play store. Even the dev's website and blog are
gone. Any others?

My partner uses Revolution IRC on Android and she seems to like it.

Other than Revolution IRC, if you don't mind additional server
components:

- and already have an XMPP account, check out biboumi IRC<->XMPP
bridge (and conversations.im)

- Quasseldroid (+Quassel server)

- Weechat Android (+Weechat  on the server)

- IRCCloud (+IRCCloud subscription)

I'll look into the requirements and availability of the additional
components.

Fair warning: if they're not in Debian's default repos, I probably
won't bother with them. This proof of concept is intended to be as low
maintenance as possible.
