I’ve used the app TurboIRC to receive/download files on Android and
iOS for years. All of a sudden it stopped working. Throwing a Hail
Mary someone may be able to help me. (Details inside)

So I’ve used the app on irchighway ebooks channel to receive
files.after searching etc it would not all say
“Accept file transfer “
And I’m pretty sure something about DCC
Now all of a sudden it does this instead

Or even a  easy way I can do it from a laptop

I've been working on DCC for Igloo on iOS. The next App Store release
1.5 will have it.
