Bit of a long shot, but everyone in my channel has been banned. I've
tried on my wifi, on my phone network, and on a VPN that I've never
used to access the channel before, but all are completely banned from
accessing the mibbit servers. Is this a mibbit-wide thing?

I just did a quick check and it seems like all of the Mibbit IP ranges
are banned by DroneBL right now.

Hi,

/u/Saber_UK is correct in that all Mibbit IP addresses have been
listed on DroneBL due to abuse. While listing the gateway addresses is
discouraged, some networks have broken webirc implementations or
simply do not use webirc at all, which means that we will only see
Mibbit IP addresses when you connect.

I have requested that Mibbit's IP addresses be delisted from DroneBL.
