I developed this bot. I'm running it in a Docker container on the
smallest cloud VM which is almost free to run.

If you need it for any prominent channel on Freenode, I might even be
able to run it there for you.

I'm trying to do this on rizon, I want to put it on a channel, but
it's hard, I can't handle it well. if you can help me.

You will need to first get some experience with running an unrelated
Docker container using Docker Compose. Do you have this experience?
You can only then look into how to run the bot.
