Anyone remember a prank call channel way back in the day?

Admittedly, I’m not on IRC much anymore.  But it was a big part of my
life almost 20 years ago.  One of my favorite channels was ran by a
phony phone call maniac.  He would make calls live on IRC and request
that people send him phone cards to make the calls.  It was good for a
few laughs.

I can’t for the life of me remember his name or the channel name.
Anyone have any memory of this?  It would have been around 2000-2001
maybe...

Was it PCR or prank call radio? on efnet?

This crazy cat who went by 'foodstamp' used to run it and broadcast
the calls.

Could have been prank call radio, but that still doesn’t sound right.

Was it Immortal aka Immy? He ran some web radio show. He is now some
kind of rather large internet /gaming personality. Like an announcer
or something. Pointless Audio was the name of his show.
