UnrealIRC hosting from home PC

So how can I host from my own PC? Replace the "irc.foonet.com" in the
example conf with my IP? Would the port be 6667? so assuming my IP is
123.456.789, clients would connect on 123.456.789:6667?

Yeah, that's how it would work. For a windows server, follow [these
instructions](https://www.unrealircd.org/docs/Installing_\(Windows\)).
To connect to the server from outside of your home network, you'll
need to do some port forwarding through your router.

I always had SSL open as well.

Good luck! I ran one for 8yrs (Unreal/Anope on Debian) on my home LAN.
