Gross notifications area. PUA/PUP warnings are often the result of
running communicatioms software with shitty AV/antimalware software
that doesn't like traffic on specific port ranges. It probably thinks
the software is part of a botnet.

IRC software tends to get detected as malicious by antivirus software
because around two decades ago spammers used to use IRC for
controlling their malware.

It hasn't been a thing that has been done for ages now but antivirus
vendors are too incompetent to actually notice that.
