Trying to get anope services working

Hey guys whenever i get done editing my services.conf file and run
./bin/services I get the below message:

Anope 2.0.6, build #2, compiled 11:46:56 Oct 24 2018

Using configuration file conf/services.conf

Does that mean its running??

Kinda sounds like it. Assuming you are on a linux system, run **ps
ux** and see if you see a process entitled bin/services or the like.
