* When you're on the server, join the channels **#Elite-Chat** and

on #Elite-chat to search and download your files.

you can simply ask in the channel.

* Another great place is abjects : **irc.abjects.net** with BEAST

So you're making a small instruction on irc and not specifying a
specific client or OS in the title. Then in the post you make it
specific to mIRC and thereby MS Windows.
