I got weechat going and would love to get back into IRC but I'm
struggling to find the same communities that I'm in with other
platforms. I especially hate Discord.

What networks have you been trying? At risk of turning this thread
into a platform for blatant network advertisement...

communities around a range of topics, you can probably find a new IRC
home there :)
