Is the channel registered? if so you may be able to get chanserv to
invite or unban you

Try `/msg ChanServ invite #channel`, if that does not work, run `/msg
ChanServ help` and see if you can find the option

You can remove the ban with the `mode` command, specifically, `/mode
#channelName -b theBanThatMatchesYou`. you can check the banlist with
`/mode #channel b`, once in the channel, `!unban yournick` may work
aswell

try `/cs op #channel yournick`, or if that command does not work,
replace `/cs` with `/msg chanserv`

You can also talk chanserv into auto-opping you. I don't remember how,
ask chanserv for help. I believe it's Access but it's been a long
while.
