Do themes work with Hexchat on Windows 10 still?

Just did a fresh install of Windows 10 and Hexchat is telling me
there's a theme manager that'll download with their Windows download,
but since Hexchat is on the appstore in Windows 10 now it's not there.
Is there a separate download somewhere/another option for me to
install themes on Hexchat using Windows 10?

Right but the folders they tell me to navigate to, and the Windows 10
download opens the App store, so none of that applies

installer to use instead of the app store to install HexChat. It looks
like HexChat changed their site recently. I didn't realize they have a
separate option for the Windows 10 app now. Just use the one labelled
"**Windows 7\+ 64bit Installer"** if you want to download directly
from there.
