Hi, I am hoping to be able to post the content of emails directly to
my irc channel, as the emails hit my inbox.

Do you know of any solutions that would help me do this? Is it
possible?

Many thanks!

That sounds like a horrible idea from a privacy and security
standpoint, not to mention it'd attract a lot of people who would
troll you by signing your email up to spam/porn/dating sites etc.

Anyways if you wanted to do that you'd probably want to look at a
script that connects via IMAP to your mail server every minute or so,
pulls any new mail and then pushes it out to an IRC server. You could
probably also use a service like [IFTTT](https://ifttt.com/) to help
with some of the heavy lifting.

None of those things are an issue, passworded irc channel, email
address that only accepts mail from specified list. I will check out
IFTTT, thank you.
