Is it possible to get rid of those non-human messages in HexChat?

There are options to move server messages to their own tab.  Why are
they a problem?

Yeah this is what I do, all server stuff goes to a separate window.
You can customize it to do basically anything you want if you play
around with it.

Because they don't provide any value for me and are visually
distracting to remain focused on the messages from humans.

I see them like once a year.  I guess we all have different IRC
habits.

I see them every time I join a channel which is usually once a day
because I shut down my computer.

no. Settings > Prefs > Channel Switcher >  Open an extra tab for
server messages
