I've been using AdilIRC for nearly a year, and I want to try something new. I've been recommended Quassel, but that doesn't really offer any benefits without having a separate server or something. What IRC clients can you guys recommend for casual use on Windows 10? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- namenamee · 2017-11-07 15:28 I’ve been using mIRC since ‘96 and I still think it’s the best, you can use it for a while for free then it’s $10 with the coupon or you can crack it or whatever, I paid $20 after like 10-15 years of use but again, give it a try. Also there is HexChat which programming and plugins/addon wise is probably one of the best. Most online communities are switching to discord, so I doubt mirc is getting a lot of new purchases. What I do now is ssh to a vps ($2/yr) which is running irssi.
