Unable to resolve server

Trying to connect to IRChighway and getting 'unable to resolve
server'. I was on it earlier today. But yesterday it did give me some
trouble as well. What can I do?

Sounds like DNS issues on your end. I was able to resolve
irc.irchighway.net to 162.208.50.119 and connect just fine.

Try connecting directly to that IP and see if it works for you.

Some DNS troubleshooting shows that IRCHighway have 3 DNS servers
(ns1, ns2, ns3.irchighway.net). NS1 and NS2 are resolving just fine,
but ns3 is timing out.

Whatever resolvers you're using should be figuring that out and still
returning a valid result from the other servers, even if only from the
second or third attempt to look it up, but it's also possible that
they're observing the NCACHE timeout and caching the negative result
for 10 minutes (per the SOA record for irchighway.net).

As for what you can do -- not much. The best you can do is to connect
via IP for a while, until they fix their DNS issues. But don't forget,
because they could change their server IPs at any time and cause
problems again.
