Where and how can I request a TV show to be recorded and hosted on IRC
(or elsewhere)?

Hello. Tonight I learned that TV shows can be downloaded through IRC.

There's a show I've been wishing I could watch again, for the last two
years. It is airing on the American television network called ION
Life. I tried one IRC XDCC search engine, and it doesn't show up;
also, googling for the past two years have turned up at most only two
episodes available online.

I would like to request someone (even paying them some money) to
record the show off of ION Life and offer it for download. But I have
no idea where or how to ask. Can anyone give me advice?

(The show is called "Colour Confidential" (or soemtimes "Get Color!"),
and repeats are currently showing on ION Life on Saturday and Sunday.
DVDs for purchase of this show do not exist).

Files can be sent and received via IRC. However this subreddit isn't
the place for this type of request.

Is this subreddit also inappropriate to ask for /where/ I can make
this kind of request? If so, would you be willing to tell me what
subreddits would be more appropriate?

You could make a request at reddit.com/r/megalinks Weekly Request
List. Binaries under reddit are there ;).
