I'm wondering if you can download a file from another user through an
irc app on the iPhone. I am using an iPhone 6s and have tried two irc
apps: Mutter and IRCCloud. I have tried to download files from other
users and my request was accepted. I received a "send DCC" message but
nothing happened after that and I couldn't find the files on my phone.
