Like in the title, can I set master password for my HexChat? I want to
use it on shared computer

No. I would suggest just making separate user profiles on the computer
for yourself/family members. If you're wanting to log into all of your
channels/networks at once, I would suggest looking into something like
a bnc (https://snoonet.org/bnc)
