Just so we are all on the same page, do you mean an irc bot, is there
a reqirement for the bot in question to have mirc installed 0n the
host running the bot?
becuse if there is not any  linux/bsd (meybe even windows) vps will do

Yeah, you would need mIRC installed to host the bot since I wrote the
code in the native mIRC language (mSL)

so a windows vps then, does anyoone now if remote desktop suspends
usre processes when you disconnect?

A Windows vps is exactly what you would need. You don't actually log
out on the Windows vps. You just close the connection leaving the user
logged in.

You can also run a Linux box with mIRC in wine, it may be cheaper or
easier to find.
