Why does my laptop keep reconnecting when I'm afk? reddit / irc ---------------------------------------------------------------------- llwu · 2017-06-02 07:43 Not sure if this is something I should fix with my MacBook, or my IRC client (Limechat, willing to try other clients), but when I'm afk I reconnect around every 30 minutes which floods me with channel topcs and "You have reconnected" messages. It also prevents me from getting the buffer playback on my phone in the meantime. How would I disable this?
