Is there an Irc client that can press a hotkey (eg. STRG+W) when a
specific text is in the chat?

depends on the client. It could probably be done with AdiIRC and a C#
plugin since C# can emulate key press.

Yea so with a C# plugin you could do something like
`System.Windows.Forms.SendKeys.SendWait("%{F4}");` to emulate pressing
ALT+F4. If you can put that into a C# plugin for AdiIRC you could have
it do exactly what you want with a little bit of regex.

*EDIT* If you wanted to do CTRL+W for example btw it would be
`System.Windows.Forms.SendKeys.SendWait("^W");`
