Graphical IRC client for Windows?

I've been using Hexchat with no problems.  I wondered from time to
time if there's a fancier-looking IRC client out there for Windows.
Perhaps a smoother interface, maybe text animations?  Searching around
on the web, I cannot seem to find anything that stands out, so I
thought I'd ask here.

Can anyone provide some suggestions?

[AdiIRC](https://www.adiirc.com) is probably the best alternative,
although I don't know of any client that has everything you're looking
for. Some features, like text animations, I've never seen on IRC and I
doubt they're supported.

Mirc is still the best one for Windows..
