Paying Someone to Code a Twitch IRC Bot

I'm wanting to get into streaming on twitch.tv, but as many new
streamers could probably relate to, it can be difficult to keep new
viewers into the stream. So, I've been running this idea of an IRC
(mIRC? I'm not really sure, new to this stuff) Bot that would help
provide some of the best viewer experience possible. I already have
Psuedo Code-like information about the Bot all typed out, I'm just not
able to code it. If anyone is interested, message me for more details,
I'd love to talk to you about pricing, what exactly I want done, and
I'd like to be better informed about how hosting a Bot like this would
work (I have no idea, so I'd need to be informed in great detail).

Hi I run [gonzobot](https://snoonet.org/gonzobot) for snoonet and a
few other networks. It looks like there is an IRC gateway for twitch
so you could probably just run any irc bot and connect it without much
of any help needed.
