Guys, I am looking for irc channels, where I can have serious
discussion regarding any topic be it tech, science, sociology, etc.

It's going to be hard to find a channel that has enough active users
to encompass a large range of topics.

Is there a topic in particular that you are looking for?

Visit ##science on Freenode , yes two ##, wise folk and well
