I'm having trouble loading this script.

https://github.com/hexchat/hexchat-
addons/blob/master/perl/url_highlight/url_highlight.pl

I'm getting "Unrecognized character \xC2; marked by <-- HERE after at
master <-- HERE near column 1417 at C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\
HexChat\addons\master\perl\url_highlight\url_highlight.pl line 22.pl

Any idea what's going on? Also, does anyone know of a script to
highlight usernames? Thank you!
