Register an account, use a VPS with ZNC or a type of shell account not
linked to your home IP, then get a cloak in #freenode, and set up
SASL. Optional step: use Tor. You should be a-ok after all those :)

Side note: there's nothing much you can really do with IPs, since
freenode doesn't turn a blind eye to harassment/DDoSing, and because
there are so many of them. However, if you're still worried, do the
above steps.
