Irchighway bans bottler client. Meaning I can't use it with my android
irc client. What bottler mean and why is it banned?

It's an [XDCC](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/XDCC) filesharing bot on
IRC typically used to share pirated media.

Its probably a false positive. Try using a different client.
