Changing ownership of an old channel.

Hello, recently I decided to try to revive an older channel who's
founder hasn't been active in over 3 months. Is there any way to get
Founder privilege if they have gone AWOL?

I have reached out to them on a couple websites including reddit.

Talk to the services admin on the network.  It completely depends on
which network you are on.

If its on snoonet its a fairly easy process, but if its on a different
network you probably have to join #help on said network and talk to
the opers.
